Mac's Gold is the talisman of the Mac's family, an all malt lager brewed naturally with hints of citrus and sweet malts. Mac's Gold is the first, the original, the supreme naturally brewed all malt lager. Unbroken and therefore unfixed since 1983 thanks to its delicate caramel sweetness and crisp, clean aftertaste. Connoisseurs will note that the mid-palate bitterness and hints of citrus have not been tinkered with.

While a modicum of classic malt helps to put body into Hop Rocker, that's hardly why it's so called. Smell those citrus aromas. Savour those bitter notes. Like a rockstar with a day job, this Session Pale Ale keeps its hoppy flavour blaring, but cuts the alcohol content in half. This brew definitely gets its fans cheering. A Mac's take on the NEIPA (New England-style IPA), brewed to be lower in bitterness than traditional IPAs, but still very generously hopped, both in the brewhouse and dry-hopped in fermentation, with an emphasis on producing juicy, tropical fruit flavours. The large amount of dry-hopping is also what gives the beer its hazy appearance. And at 5.2% ABV it makes for a very sessionable brew.

Mac's Slim Hazy is a Hazy IPA brewed to be low in carbs but still full in flavour. Slim Hazy uses Citra and Simcoe hops in the brewhouse and again for dry-hopping, this gives the beer both the right level of bitterness as well as up-front flavour and aroma. Mac's Slim Hazy has notes of passionfruit, pine and stone fruit. Overall, an easy drinking, very session-able IPA.

Mac's Three Wolves is an elaborate Pale Ale, bursting with citrus and tropical notes & a well-balanced bitterness. Inspired by the Latin name for Hops, Humulus Lupulus, which translates into 'Wolf of the Woods', Mac's Three Wolves Pale Ale features US hops Simcoe and Amarillo, as well as local hero Nelson Sauvin. Three hops, three wolves, one very tasty Pale Ale. The trans-Pacific trifecta of hops will really give your tastebuds something to howl about.

Mac's TOO EASY is a JUICY Hazy Pale Ale brewed to be BIG and JUICY in flavour but to be exceptionally smooth and EASY drinking.

The nose is packed with an abundance of citrus and stone fruit, together with the tropical aromas of pineapple and guava. Interspersed also with floral notes reminiscent of honeysuckle and jasmine. The palate is concentrated and mouth-filling, yet balanced with refreshing acidity that complements its lingering dry finish. Vegan Friendly.

It is deep lemon in colour, with an expansive bouquet filled with aromas of pear drops, feijoa, spice and floral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and unctuous, with a tangy hint of ginger. The earlier picked fruit adds freshness and satisfying acidity, while the late picked portion and lees ageing have increased the mouth feel and complexity of this wine.

A portion of nobly botrytic fruit has produced a distinctive style of wine. It has a core of citrus fruit characters, particularly lemons and limes, but there is also an undercurrent of white fleshed peaches and nectarines. The botrytis has added hints of honeysuckle and also given the wine extra concentration and richness. A seam of natural acidity and minerality flows through the wine and gives it an off-dry finish length and zest.

Kentucky distiller Bill Samuels, Sr., founder of Maker's Mark, set out to make a better tasting bourbon whisky. What he discovered was that if you used winter wheat in the mash instead of the traditional distiller's rye, your bourbon whisky was smoother and less bitter...and that's made all the difference
