The iconic White Label collection are sourced from parcels of fruit throughout the Metala single vineyard and represent the power and expression of Langhorne Creek.

The wine has a floral spicy nose with very sweet ripe fruit elements. The palate has good fruit intensity, sweet tannins and a wonderful freshness in the mouth. The tannins dissolve leaving a lovely perfumed and savoury aftertaste on the finish.

The nose is complex with sweet spice, black fruit aromas and some black pepper notes and spicy overtones. The palate is medium bodied with good fruit weight.

Ghost Town Syrah is handcrafted in very limited quantities. Blackcurrant raspberry and sandalwood notes sit alongside cassia bark and sweetly scented spice elements in the background

Dense flavours of cassis and plum, complemented with savoury tones of olives and brioche. Long lingering finish, medium bodied and balanced acidity. Fine powdery tannins that will soften further with careful aging.

Deep purple and violet in glass, the nose presents well with darker florals, a touch of cassis, pepper spice and with a lovely dark spiced plum floating in the background. To taste the palate is supple and elegantly managed with gentle tannin and a long savoury spice finish with a hint of spice.

Since its inaugural 1962 vintage, Penfolds Bin 128 Coonawarra Shiraz has showcased the elegance and character of one of Australia's finest cool-climate wine regions. Sourced exclusively from Coonawarra's famed terra rossa soils over limestone and matured in French oak hogsheads, it offers a striking contrast to the richer, warmer-climate Shiraz styles for which Penfolds is equally renowned. The 2021 vintage reveals lifted aromas of blue fruits, violets and cracked black pepper unfold alongside mulberry, boysenberry and subtle baking spice, while savoury hints of paprika and cured meats add complexity. Sourced from the renowned red clay and sandy loam soils of Marananga in the heart of the Barossa Valley, Penfolds Bin 150 Shiraz 2021 captures the distinctive character of this celebrated sub-region. Crafted the Penfolds way, with a considered mix of French and American oak, it delivers richness, structure and remarkable finesse. Aromatic layers of satsuma plum, blackcurrant and preserved plum are complemented by warming spices, dried herbs and a subtle ironstone minerality that speaks to its origins. First released in 1960, Penfolds Bin 2 Shiraz Mataro draws on a rich heritage of Australian red wine blending, inspired by the classic 'Australian Burgundy' style. Bringing together Shiraz and Mataro, this medium to full-bodied wine showcases the depth and complexity that have made traditional Rhône varieties a lasting favourite. Deep crimson in colour, it reveals layers of blackberry, mulberry and plum, woven with notes of star anise, clove and savoury herbs. The palate delivers generous dark fruit balanced by Mataro's earthy, savoury character, with rounded tannins and fresh acidity creating a seamless, lingering finish of spice, dark chocolate and subtle complexity.

Since its first release in 1959, Penfolds Bin 28 has stood as a benchmark for warm-climate Australian Shiraz. Originally sourced from the renowned Kalimna Vineyard in the Barossa Valley, it has evolved into a multi-region blend, with Barossa fruit continuing to provide the rich, generous character that defines this enduring classic. The 2024 vintage opens with layered aromas of black tea, pipe tobacco and worn leather, complemented by hints of Black Forest cake, dried fig and milk chocolate. The palate is bright and energetic, showcasing mulberry, boysenberry and raspberry alongside subtle savoury notes and a touch of vanilla spice.
