This refreshing Squealing Pig Sparkling Rosé is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in the South Eastern regions of the land down under Australia.

Lifted citrus notes. Pear and lemon butter flavours. Vibrant and restrained, with just a feather dusting of spicy oak and a clean finish with lingering citrus notes. Great with lighter chicken, pasta or seafood dishes, terrific with sushi!

A blend of 50% Tempranillo - Spain's most famous grape variety, 43% Shiraz - the workhorse of Australian reds, a dab of Grenache in the mix. A selection of thirteen vineyards sourced from a diverse spread of sub regions ranging from near Williamstown in the far south to Ebenezer in the far north of the Barossa are utilised. Vineyards are concentrated in the far south and north of the Barossa Valley to drive the style required for St Hugo. The diversity of this fruit sourcing is to achieve the 'power' from low yielding, mature Shiraz vines and 'elegant' parcels from vineyards showing more restraint and structure.
