A dark ruby red that leads to a medium bodied palate that's dry. Smooth tannins are enhanced by blackberry and blueberry flavours.

The first layer of aromas is highlighted with black forest fruits, predominantly blackberries and wild berries. Soon after the toasted notes of the barreling reveal a greater complexity, complemented with spiced notes, principally of pepper. On the palate, the tannins are firm from the outset and the fruit is mature.

This Pinot Gris is in great balance with a core of ripe fruit, supported by soft acidity that carries the wine to a long finish. Aromatically, the wine displays subtle nectarine, white peach, with a touch of spice from neutral oak. The palate is generous from time on lees, but juicy and crisp around the edges.

A bit brooding at first, this takes a minute to open up. Baking spices, blueberry and cassis, reveal lifted red fruits and cinnamon, wrapped up in a toasty oak. The palate is medium bodied with juicy red cherries, soft acid and fine chalky tannins.

Gently tangy Sauvignon Blanc with lime zest, passionfruit and peppery capsicum flavours. Subtle fruit sweetness contrasts nicely with the wine's grassy character.
