GP's avant garde offering to celebrate New Zealand's fantastic Fringe Festival. Ramen Lager, rice lager brewed with ramen noodles, shiromiso, kombu seaweed and just a little sprinkle of MSG. Crisp, clean lager with a subtle umami sweet body, balanced with delicate hop bitterness. Just like the Fringe, it's weird but it's wonderful.

Fresh hopped, hazy, harvest IPA. A juicy blend of Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross, all picked on the same day at Freestyle hop farm, half of the harvest rushed still 'wet' from the field to the Garage and plunged straight into this beer, the other half quickly dried and added to the fermenter. The result is a beer overflowing with green herbal notes, lush citrus, resinous pine and tropical fruit. Just New Zealand grown hops at their harvest fresh best.

The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as 'a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed', feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right.

Original cult classic Pernicious Weed, now in delicious Yuzu flavour. Super sour fresh Yuzu zest and freshly squeezed juice collide head on with Nelson Sauvin and Rakau in a giant-foamy-super-golden-fruity-citrus-hop-bomb-explosion! It shouldn't taste this good, but it does.

Splash out with Hazy IPA, brewed with the pick of the Nelson Lakes Hop Harvest. Motueka, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin bring super juicy stone fruit and bright citrus top notes in a lush smooth hazy base that's as refreshing as a moonlit dip. It's naughty, but it's nice. Brewed nude with GP's friends at Mikkeller.

Turn up the heat at your pickle party. Pickle Beer, the Spicy edition! Naturally kettle soured, infused with cucumber, dill and pickle spice, fired up with a generous addition of red hot chilli peppers. Spicy, refreshing and disarmingly delicious. It's getting hot in here!

Garage Project are all at sea for this edition of the hop-forward, tattoo-inspired 'Toughie Sticker' series: Devil to Pay Red IPA. A chest load of Chinook, Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops, combined with a carefully selected malt grist, creates a luscious, rubescent beer awash with pine resin and pink grapefruit. Get inked!

From the hive mind of the Wild Workshop, we bring you Tremble Dance. Wild Thyme honey and foeder aged mixed ferment beer, blended to create a mind bendingly complex mix of delicious sweet and sour flavours with unique floral aromatics. It's buzzy beer.

A sublime balance of hoppy and malty goodness. Chill the beers, let the sun shine, and make hay while you can. Haymaker IPA (5.8%) looks a sunset gold, and has aromas of lemon, herbs, and fresh cut hay. On the palate it has grassy notes, mandarin flavours, and a huge yet balanced hoppy finish.
