Rye's a bastard to brew with, but after a remarkable 8 years ageing in bourbon barrels, not only is all forgiven, but this beer has been transformed. Rich at its inception, it's now developed an astonishing vanilla oak and spirit complexity like a fine madeira. It's a bastard, but it's worth it.

Let loose the juice. Berried Alive, fruit smoothie sour. Unleash a frenzy of fresh fruit fusion with juicy ripe raspberry, boysenberry, creamy banana puree and special base beer combining to create an outrageously luscious, colourful, sweet and sour smoothie sensation. Crack a can if you dare.

Delayed gratification can be hard work. Hellbender Barleywine, a beer this big only gets better with age, but holding back ain't easy. Problem solved, Garage Project aged it for you. Five years in bourbon oak barrels have created a beer of astounding complexity and depth. Well worth the wait.

Mild, not mild. British Steel, Black Country Dark Mild. Malted Autumn barley, crystal, chocolate and roasted malts, fermented with a characterful English yeast strain, create a supremely drinkable ale with toasted hazelnut and toffee pop biscuit notes artfully balanced with English Admiral and East Kent Golding hops. Nowt soft comes out of the Black Country.

It's a Kiwi success story. Brown Kiwi, hoppy New Zealand Brown Ale, brewed to celebrate the achievements of the Capital Kiwi project, successfully bringing a wild, sustainable population of brown Kiwi back to the capital for the first time in over 100 years. It just goes to show what vision, hard work and a little Kiwi ingenuity can achieve.

A cheerful, upbeat little hazy. Brewed with plump, juicy NZ grown barley and oats and a choice selection of Garage Project's favourite hops to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer, loaded with lush tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. Delicious - pure and simple.

C is for Crookie. Crookie Monster Pastry Stout. Mounds of decadently delicious Glou Glou baked Cookie Croissants, loaded into the mash along with almost two tonnes of malt, then topped off with Coffee Supreme coffee, vanilla beans and a touch of salt. It's a true monster, dripping with sticky sweet caramel, and brown butter, balanced with black coffee and roast malt. It's good enough for me.

A very special edition of a Garage favourite, celebrating ten years of their own wicked and Pernicious Weed. Brewed to be bigger, with double the synergistic dry hop hit of Freestyle grown Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops. More malt, more hops and even more mouth watering bitterness, juicy grapefruit and citrus flavour and ripe passion fruit aroma. Intense? Definitely. Too much? Never.
