Flame is a moderately bittered, full-bodied lager style beer. The beer is nicely balanced and has light refreshing fruity notes in the flavour and aftertaste.

Rye's a bastard to brew with, but after a remarkable 8 years ageing in bourbon barrels, not only is all forgiven, but this beer has been transformed. Rich at its inception, it's now developed an astonishing vanilla oak and spirit complexity like a fine madeira. It's a bastard, but it's worth it.

Icky sticky Oregon Chinook and Strata, New Zealand grown Cascade and Citra from the Yakima Valley buddy up in a hopped up pale ale balancing biscuit and caramel malt character with juicy grapefruit bitterness, pine resin, pineapple sativa and tangy citrus. Look what GP made. Chufty Badge, golden mild. Smooth, easy drinking English style ale with just a little twist. Pilsner and dark crystal malts paired with a novel American hop bill of Adeena and Lorien. Horlicks malt sweetness mixed with fresh mown hay, wildflowers, lemon and pine. It's weird but it works. Prepare to be tickled pink. Pink Paloma inspired Florida Weisse. Light, refreshing kettle sour, brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, then infused with agave, pomelo, lime, dragonfruit and a lick of flaked salt for a mouthwatering flamboyance of intense colour, zesty citrus and bright acidity.
