Cold aged for clarity, it pours with a dense white foam and a sweet, clean malt palate balanced with crisp bitterness and a delicate hop aroma. It's a beautiful day for the park.

It's Maths 101, Garage Project and Green Cheek style. 2+2=5, a massive synergistic mash up of hop and grape aromatics, blending Southern Cross, Idaho 7 and fat stacks of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a huge hit of Phantasm Sauv Blanc powder. The result is a swirl of gooseberry, pineapple, tropical jasmine, Raro fruit and just a touch of what their friends at Green Cheek refer to as the 'Devil's Lettuce'. From Upper Moutere's Freestyle Farm, Garage Project travel to America's Yakima Valley for their second hop harvest collaboration with East Coast brewing legends Trillium. A hop free boil and massive dry hop addition of hand selected Mosaic and Citra create a giant juicy hazy homage to the hop growing mecca of Yakima Valley.

A sublime balance of hoppy and malty goodness. Chill the beers, let the sun shine, and make hay while you can. Haymaker IPA (5.8%) looks a sunset gold, and has aromas of lemon, herbs, and fresh cut hay. On the palate it has grassy notes, mandarin flavours, and a huge yet balanced hoppy finish.

The NZ hops that went into this brew (Nectaron, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and NZH-102) give it a massive hop kick, juicy mouthfeel, and a huge tropical hop aroma. 7.0%.
