The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as 'a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed', feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right.

Huge additions of creamy oats and lactose create a super smooth sweet oat milk base, woven together with Riwaka, Galaxy, Motueka & Talus hops creating lush passionfruit smoothie, layered with peaches and coconut cream with pink pomelo and lemon lime top notes. So smooth!

It's malt's time to shine! Screaming Goat, German style Bock beer, a gorgeous garnet and mahogany dark lager where hops definitely take a back seat. Incredibly balanced and easy to drink, with smooth, malt driven biscuit and toasted hazelnut notes. It's malt, with a little Rock n' Roll swagger. Throw me some horns.

Let your taste buds take a trip. Sichuan Pineapple - ma la spiced pineapple Pilsner, delivering a mind bending blend of spicy chilli, numbing Sichuan Pepper and ripe pineapple. Sweet heat, numbing warmth and juicy fresh cut pineapple aromatics, interwoven in a beautifully crisp, clean golden base. Mind blown.

Turn up the heat at your pickle party. Pickle Beer, the Spicy edition! Naturally kettle soured, infused with cucumber, dill and pickle spice, fired up with a generous addition of red hot chilli peppers. Spicy, refreshing and disarmingly delicious. It's getting hot in here!

Get sticky with it. Sticky Icky - Oat Cream IPA. Plumb oats and creamy milk sugar create smooth lush layers of hop saturated haze, loaded with Peacharine, Galaxy, Loral and Sabro, then overlaid with ripe guava. Notes of stone fruit, coconut and tropical fruit cocktail play in a balanced blend of hop and milkshake sweetness. It's sticky time.

Originally brewed in Canton, Massachusetts with east coast brewing legends Trillium using a radical hop free boil and massive dry hop addition of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops. Bringing home the goodness.

Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.
